Eva Maria outside a private cultural opening

The journey behind the Private Office

Fifteen years
inside luxury.

Munich · Manhattan · Monaco · Dubai

The foundation

It did not begin
with a network.
It began with service.

Eva’s career moved through the places where expectation is highest and detail matters most: luxury hotels, international fashion, private-client retail, financial services, and strategic partnerships.

2011—2026

The making of
a private office.

Seven professional chapters. Four international cities. One consistent understanding of exceptional service.

2011

Mandarin Oriental · Munich

Trainee · February—July 2011

Where service became instinct.

Eva’s first Mandarin Oriental chapter placed her inside banquets, daily scheduling, room-service operations, VIP arrivals, and special guest setups. The foundation was operational: anticipate first, make complexity invisible, and never let pressure reach the guest.

2012—2013

King & Grove Hotels · Manhattan

Assistant General Manager · July 2012—January 2013

Leadership in a city that never pauses.

At a newly acquired Manhattan property, Eva developed departmental training, recruited and prepared an entire room-service team within two months, and helped lead operations through Hurricane Sandy. Hospitality became leadership, resilience, and calm judgment.

2014—2015

Chalhoub Group Retail · Dubai

Fashion Franchise, Marketing Division · July 2014—February 2015

Luxury, translated across a region.

Following her MSc in Luxury Retail Management in Monaco, Eva developed regional marketing projects for Celine, Tory Burch, and Kenzo—working across budgets and activations in Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and the UAE.

2016—2019

Chalhoub Group · Dubai

Brand Marketing Executive · March 2016—February 2019

From brand worlds to private-client moments.

Eva led regional marketing across Loewe, Longchamp, Mulberry, Hackett, Paul Smith, Dsquared2, AMI, and Replay. Her remit crossed budgets, media, CRM, public relations, fashion weeks, in-store experiences, and private VIC events.

2019—2021

Century Financial Brokers · UAE

Marketing Manager · February 2019—December 2021

Commercial strategy, built on trust.

Eva directed marketing budgets, media and public relations while working with sales, revenue, and operations. Her campaigns increased new-customer signups and strengthened high-value client and London referral relationships.

2022—2024

Al Tayer Group · Dubai

Business Development & Partnerships · February 2022—August 2024

Partnerships across a luxury ecosystem.

Working across Harvey Nichols, Bloomingdale’s, Boucheron, personal shopping, and hospitality, Eva built full-year plans, developed new partnerships, trained teams, and created private-client opportunities including an exclusive Boucheron Suhoor.

2024—2026

Mandarin Oriental · Dubai

Marketing Manager · September 2024—April 2026

A return to where it began.

Eva returned to Mandarin Oriental as Marketing Manager in Dubai, bringing the operational instinct of hospitality together with the brand, event, commercial, and partnership experience developed across her career.
