Fine jewellery marketing and partnerships in Dubai
Private viewings, trunk shows and hotel partnerships for jewellery houses that sell through relationships, from an adviser who has worked on both the retail side and the hotel side.

Fine jewellery sells in quiet rooms
Few people buy an important piece on a first look. They come back, try it on again, ask about the stone and talk it over at home. Marketing a jewellery house means getting that person into a room with the right adviser, then giving them a reason to return.
Eva works on that part of the job: who to invite, which hotel or retail partner makes sense, what the invitation says and who picks up the conversation the next morning. The work suits jewellery houses, retailers and hotels in Dubai and across the UAE.
What Eva can take on
- Private viewings and trunk shows. The format, the room, the appointment schedule and the thinking behind the guest list.
- Hotel partnerships. Finding a property that fits, shaping the idea and agreeing who does what on each side.
- Retail and personal-shopping partnerships. Setting up the arrangement and briefing the teams, so they can talk about the collection properly.
- Loyalty alliances. Working with privilege programmes when a house wants to reach their members.
- Launch communications. Invitations, press moments and the messages that go out before and after.
Some things stay with the jewellery house: product knowledge, valuations, pricing and the sale itself. Security, transport and insurance stay with the specialists it already trusts. Eva brings those conversations forward, because they decide which rooms are possible.
Why a hotel can be the right room
A hotel can offer what a boutique can’t: a private salon, a discreet arrival and guests of its own. It also comes with events teams, other bookings next door and a general manager who needs to be comfortable with the plan.
The idea holds up when both sides get something from it and the guest has a reason to come. How a hotel and a jewellery brand build a partnership goes through this step by step, and the guide to planning a private viewing or trunk show covers the event itself.
Experience on both sides of the partnership
From February 2022 to July 2024, Eva worked in Partnerships and Business Development at Al Tayer Group, across Harvey Nichols, Bloomingdale’s and Boucheron. She ran loyalty alliances with the UAE’s leading privilege programmes, along with personal-shopping partnerships whose teams she trained.
She then moved to the hotel side as Marketing, PR and Communication Manager at Mandarin Oriental in Dubai, from August 2024 to March 2026. There she launched a property-wide festive campaign with Garrard and hosted the Christmas-tree unveiling. Before all of this, at Chalhoub Group, she delivered private VIC evenings for international fashion houses.

Common questions
Is Eva a jewellery marketing agency?
No. Eva is an independent adviser and works personally with each client. Some projects have a fixed scope, some run on a retainer, and she can also step into a team as interim lead.
Does the work cover only Dubai?
Most of it centres on Dubai and the wider UAE. Eva’s career also includes regional events and campaigns across the GCC, so tell her which market you have in mind.
What does it cost?
Fees depend on the scope and are agreed privately before any work begins. The site doesn’t list prices.
What should I send first?
The type of collection, why you want to hold the event, the city and the rough timing. Mention any hotel or partner you already have in mind. Client names and private figures aren’t needed at this stage.
