Luxury hospitality marketing & PR
Marketing and communications for luxury hotels and their outlets, led personally by Eva Maria Schmack. Based in Dubai, with experience across hospitality and luxury brands.
One brief across the hotel and its outlets
A hotel’s communications reach guests through many points: the property itself, a restaurant opening, a seasonal programme or a collaboration with another brand. Each needs a clear story and a plan the teams delivering it can use.
Eva works with hotel and brand teams on defined projects, retained advisory and interim assignments. Her focus is luxury hospitality marketing, public relations, launches and partnerships. The brief sets the responsibilities, decision makers and timing before work begins.
Hospitality marketing and communications
A campaign needs a reason for a guest to care. Work can include shaping the campaign idea, identifying the audiences and coordinating the message across the property, its outlets and its partners. PR activity should connect a specific story with the publications and people for whom it is relevant.
Eva’s experience includes hotel communications as well as regional fashion marketing and press events. That combination is useful when a property wants its restaurants, seasonal activity and brand collaborations to feel part of the same identity.
Hotel, restaurant and outlet launches
An opening brings brand, operations, press and invited guests together on one deadline. Launch direction can cover the concept, partner coordination, invitations, press moment and delivery plan. The scope depends on what the hotel team already has in place.
Start with a clear opening brief: what is launching, who it serves, which elements are ready and who can approve changes. The luxury hotel launch marketing guide explains how to structure that preparation.
Experience at Mandarin Oriental Dubai
From August 2024 to March 2026, Eva was Marketing, PR and Communication Manager at Mandarin Oriental in Dubai. Her work covered the property and its outlets, including the Casa Amor opening and a property-wide festive campaign with Garrard.
Earlier roles at Chalhoub and Al Tayer brought experience in regional campaigns, press events, department-store partnerships and private-client programmes. Read her dated career history. Former employers and portfolio brands are included for biographical context; no current affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Connecting hotels with luxury brands
A collaboration needs a shared audience and a credible reason to exist. Eva’s luxury brand partnerships advisory connects hospitality with fashion, fine jewellery, retail and loyalty programmes. Private-client events and clienteling can form part of a brief when they suit the property and its guests.
Bring a practical brief
Share the property or outlet, the market, the target audience and the dates that matter. Describe the team already in place and where you need direction. Eva can then discuss whether a defined project, retained advisory or interim role fits the work.
Client identities, guest lists and internal results remain confidential. Explore how engagements work or send Eva your brief.
